A new beginning for co-living. For the wandering souls longing for connection.
For the aesthetic enthusiasts longing for modest luxury. For modern nomads longing for their own private sanctuary.
Fonder is a community living residency concept that offers the luxury of a private loft and the warmth of a community. We bring the best of both worlds with serene private studios that are fully furnished and a luxurious shared kitchen, living space, garden & laundry room.
Unlike most co-living residences, you have your very own private studio with kitchen, bathroom, living and sleeping area and on top of that you’ll get all the extra space to connect with your fellow residents. Each studio is fully furnished and equipped with daily necessities like sheets, towels, a coffee maker, and kitchen tools. We even take care of the internet, power (by the way, Fonder runs on solar energy) and water.
Jackie Bohème strongly believes in an enriching dialogue with craftspeople and often chooses young design talent. Architect Ief De Schepper from Tao architectuur and Live smart as building promotor were a perfect match both on their level of expertise but also in regard to their values. Fonder became once again a gem of thoughtful spatial design with carefully curated materials like travertine, dark hardwood floors and aqua sensa techniques. Artwork from Eleanor Herbosch complements the brutalist wabi-sabi setting perfectly.
The first residency of Fonder is located in Wilrijk (Antwerp). This part of Antwerp is a true green lung with beautiful parks like park Den Brandt and the open-air museum Middelheim, but the view from the studios on the biggest park of Antwerp called Hof van Eden and its nature reserve Groen Neerland must be the absolute asset.
Jackie Bohème was in charge of the concept creation, interior and communication launch (art direction, branding and press launch) of this new real estate brand.
