Meet the Maker | India Egard

At Jackie Bohème, we have a soft spot for special souls and healers. India is one of them, a true gem and a connection dear to our heart and souls. India recently housed her practice in Fonder, a place where we encourage deeper connection and a life free of judgment.

India Egard

India, tell us something about your purpose

As a life coach, I help people find the tools to improve their connection to love. That is to say, that my work focuses on breaking patterns and belief systems that stop us from executing choices and accessing freedom in our lives. Furthermore, I help people find responsibility in their choices without judgment, only pure love. I work together with Peter, a fantastic chiropractor whose mission of love resonates with my own. Alongside my coaching, we work with a bio-resonance system built on Tesla’s standards. This in-light therapy not only generates longitudinal waves but also generates scalar energy through its implosions. In our opinion, this is one of the most efficient ways to sustain life, and from there, our bodily selves to return to the optimal and original state. Through the use of Peter’s water and our in-light system, we have seen people’s immunity curves on blood results auto-correct. It finds equilibrium, from burn-outs, sickness... Our aim is not to correct any symptoms, but rather to support the body, mind, and spirit.

Where would you take us on a soulcation

A “soulcation” to me, isn’t necessarily bound geographically, but rather metaphysically. When I find myself in a state of complete tranquillity, respect, and love, I am on a “soulcation”. Although, if I had to pinpoint where I most often feel this way, it would have to be in nature, mainly at our house in the countryside. Surrounded by nature, animals, organic food and fresh air, It is my favorite place to recharge and ground myself again. This is not to be confused with my comfort zone, as it is also the place where I find reflection to be the most inviting but not necessarily the easiest.

What can we find on your nightstand or desk?

The first thing you will find is my books, they are a constant reminder of the things I wish to discover.  Regularly, you will find on my nightstand a collection of books filled with knowledge I have yet to discover, my notebook which I use as an outlet for my thoughts, negative thinking, intentions and goals. Then there’s Peter’s water. This unique water is vitalized through magnetic and mechanical vortexing resulting in pristine unclustered water. In other words, the water is more alive than any additional water we have tested. With every drink, I set intentions. Then, naturally, there’s my phone, the headquarters of all the things I wish to hold close to me at all times, a bad habit at times, but one I do not want to break.

What's your favorite book?

The Four Agreements by don Miguel Ruiz.

What’s the first thing you did this morning?

I like to wake up earlier than necessary because I enjoy taking my time and prepare everything, so when I leave the house, I have a clear head. I like the mornings because it is my Spa-time. It’s the time where I enjoy taking care of myself the most. This little ritual gives me peace in the morning and gives me something to look forward to.

Do you have some good advice for our readers?

Be and take responsibility for your own choices.

What beliefs are of timeless value to you?

We live in a society where our every move is judged and analyzed by others and ourselves. Freeing myself of judgment is a belief which I had to work hard to execute. It is a belief I still work on every day. Nonetheless, once implemented, it is a belief that will bring so much love to one’s life that I could not find it anything but essential in my mission of love and life.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, or have lost your focus temporarily, what do you do?

When I find myself overwhelmed or unfocused, I take a moment to separate myself from my surroundings. I try to get out of my head and focus on how I’m feeling inside. This helps me ground myself and connect back to love..

What is a moment from your childhood that has deeply contributed to the person you are today?

Although filled with joy and unconditional love, my childhood has also had a fair share of obstacles and hardships. My troubling relationships with the men in my life and the addictions I was surrounded by have significantly impacted the awareness and experience I possess today. Lastly, my mother’s sickness and death have thought me changed my perception of the values by which I used to associate myself with.

What/who inspires you?

My mother is and has always been my greatest source of inspiration.
